Clients

I am thrilled to have worked with amazing client organizations who are putting their employees' mental health at the forefront of their purpose.

Kerilee Snatenchuk

Director People and Culture

"Our team members are sending us great feedback on the workplace mental health training that Tara provided around mental health leadership in the organization. Many team members have been surprised to learn about the impact of conversations, self care and care for others has on organizational wellbeing and performance.  Sharing the evidence around stigma reduction, actionable takeaways and post session follow ups have made these sessions ones that are in high demand. ATB team members found the sessions valuable and mentioned that they intended to make changes to their own behaviour and attitudes when it comes to workplace mental health. Great work Abridge!"

ATB Wealth

Senior Vice President of Advisory Services

ATB Wealth has engaged Abridge Consulting over the last two years to enhance the wellness support we offer our teams. There is no 'one size fits all' way to support team members with their mental health, and Tara creates a psychologically safe environment to educate and equip leaders and team members with practical information to assist themselves and others. Tara has facilitated The Working Mind sessions to our entire team, and we are working with her to design a suicide awareness and prevention course. At ATB Wealth, wellness is our top priority, and our partnership with Tara and Abridge Consulting has enabled us to further support our team and clients in their personal wellness journeys.

Paula Barbaresso

Consultant, Human Resources – Mental Health

"Working with Abridge Consulting provided our team with the most up to date research and resources in workplace suicide prevention, a relatively new field with few experts to share best practices. After our introductory meeting, Tara posed many questions to make sure she understood our needs. We appreciated that Tara connected us with further subject matter experts in the field to make our project even better. Tara completed everything we asked for in a timely and efficient manner, all while being very responsive – helping the process run smoothly as she met our business needs. It is therefore without hesitation that we recommend her services for your company’s workplace suicide prevention needs."

President

"I have had the pleasure of working with Tara Adams on two projects; “Act2EndRacism” and “Wellness Webinar Series: Promoting a Healthy Community”. I am highly appreciative of Tara’s generosity of time and sharing critical information and resources with our community to be able to cope with the challenging times as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Tara is a very talented and thoughtful professional who shares knowledge in a way that is appropriate for the various levels of the groups she engages with. She is a patient person who never rushes and listens to the needs of the clients to deliver high-quality content and guidance. She is also a very resourceful professional with a wealth of knowledge and a valuable network of professionals. I would highly recommend Tara to anyone who is looking to engage a thought leader in the field of mental health. I wish her the best for future endeavors!"

Masa Idelbi

HR Manager

Tara completed 10 sessions of The Working Mind for our teams for both Managers and Employees programs. Tara’s approach to mental health, her extensive knowledge, humbleness, and ability to build rapport with a variety of different people is unique. The feedback on Tara’s teaching style and overall on TWM program have been overwhelmingly positive. Tara and I planned a Mental Health Basics Townhall in honor of Mental Health Awareness Week in May 2022. More than 130 Rohitians attended with a very positive turnaround. Tara and I also planned a debrief following the townhall to encourage the managers to touchbase with their teams and normalize mental health discussions. We are very grateful for Tara’s support and knowledge and looking forward to our continuous future mental health learning experiences with her.  I highly recommend Tara for all organizations willing to take a differentiated approach to mental health, as one of the most talented, passionate, and knowledgeable mental health educators in Canada.

(Canada’s Top Recruiter Award Winner 2019, The Rohit Group of Companies won HRDC’s (Human Resources Director Canada’s Best Places to Work Award for 2022, Masa is one of the two finalists nominated for HR Impact Award 2022 by CPHR Alberta).
